L'appartamento, che si trovava in pessime condizioni, è stato oggetto di un restauro completo
con attenzione a preservare gli elementi della tradizione, come porte e finestre in legno, i pavimenti
in terrazzo alla veneziana, e la scala in pietra di Vicenza. Le dotazioni impiantistiche sono state
completamente rinnovate e, nei bagni e nella cucina, sono state inserite appropriate finiture.
In a grade A listed building, the intervention was the restoration of an apartment located on the first
floor that was in terrible condition through the recovery of traditional elements such as the wood doors
and windows and the Vicenza stone staircase. The electrical, heating, air conditioning and water systems
were completely renovated, and bathrooms and kitchen were refurbished with appropriate finishings.
