Restauro di appartamento in palazzo notificato. Si tratta di un mezzanino alto, sopra i piani nobili, in un palazzo con viste magnifiche sul canale della Giudecca verso meridione e ovest. Senza intervenire sull’impianto distributivo, abbiamo per prima cosa rimosso alcune pareti in cartongesso che coprivano le pareti della sala, restaurando l’antico intonaco e facendo quello mancante in analogia, tolto il controsoffitto del vano di ingresso, ridisegnato il portone di ingresso e ricostruito i bagni e la cucina, facendo tutti gli impianti nuovi. La pavimentazione in terrazzo alla veneziana e le vecchie finestre in legno sono state accuratamente restaurate.
Restoration of apartment in a listed building. It is a mezzanine on the last floor in a Palazzo with magnificent views over the Giudecca canal to the south and west. Without intervening on the distribution system, we first removed some plasterboard panels that covered the walls of the main room, restoring the ancient plaster and making the missing one in analogy. We then removed the ceiling of the entrance hall exposing the wooden beams, redesigned the entrance door and rebuilt the bathrooms and the kitchen, making all the new fixtures. The Venetian terrazzo flooring and the old wooden windows have been carefully restored.
