Completa ristrutturazione di un appartamento al primo piano tra la corte e il rio del Duca, in una zona prestigiosa della città. Si trovava in uno stato di semiabbandono, con lavori di demolizione iniziati negli anni '90 e quindi abbandonati al grezzo. Una volta fatta la scelta di creare le camere da letto sul canale, i servizi al centro e la grande sala di soggiorno e pranzo verso la Corte, si è provveduto al completo rinnovo di tutti gli impianti (con il riscaldamento sotto pavimento) e all'esecuzione di finiture di pregio.
Complete renovation of an apartment on the first floor level between the corte and the Rio del Duca, in a prestigious area of the city. It was acquired in a state of semi-abandonment, with demolition works started in the 90s and then abandoned unfinished.
