DESCRIZIONE – DESCRIPTION:
Completo recupero di appartamento al piano nobile di un palazzo in parte gotico e in parte
rinascimentale della fine del 1400 (si veda Edoardo Arslan, "Venezia gotica", Venezia 1970, pag. 331).
La proprietà fu usata come tipografia e in seguito come laboratorio artigiano negli ultimi 150 anni, fino
a perdere completamente la sua natura di residenza, oltre a ridursi in pessimo stato di conservazione.
Esisteva un solo servizio igienico, peraltro in una porzione che nel corso dell'intervento è stata frazionata
e alienata. Si è intervenuto a livello di adeguamento funzionale, realizzando nuovi impianti elettrici,
di riscaldamento e climatizzazione dell'aria, inserendo la cucina e quattro bagni con relativi sistemi di
smaltimento, e a livello di restauro e conservazione degli elementi sia decorativi che della tradizione,
come i bellissimi pavimenti in terrazzo alla veneziana.
Complete recovery of the piano nobile of a building built in a Gothic Renaissance style at the end
of the fifteenth century. The property was first used as a printing house and then as an upholstery firm
for the last 150 years. It had completely lost its nature as a residence, and was in very poor condition.
There was only one toilet in a portion of the palace that had been divided and alienated. We intervened
in terms of functional adaptation – creating new electrical, heating and air conditioning systems; installing
a kitchen and five bathrooms with a septic tank on the ground floor. On the level of the surface there
was restoration and conservation of both the decorative (wall frescos) and traditional elements
such as the original and beautiful venetian terrazzo floors.
