Ristrutturazione completa di appartamento all'ultimo piano di un palazzo storico in zona Rialto, con
piacevoli viste sui tetti veneziani. Pervenuto in condizioni molto trascurate, si è intervenuti a livello
distributivo e dei percorsi, per esempio creando la scala in ferro e vetro per accedere al livello superiore
in precedenza accessibile solo dalla terrazza esterna. Inoltre, l'intervento ha radicalmente rinnovato sia
gli impianti elettrici, di riscaldamento e climatizzazione dell'aria, sia le finiture, con il completo rinnovo
della cucina e dei bagni, e la scelta di usare il bianco come tema unificante.
Complete recovery of a top floor apartment in the Rialto area with pleasant views over the roofs of
Venice. Received in very neglected conditions, the first step was to modify the layout by creating an iron
and glass stairway in order to reach the next level previously only accessible from the outside terrace.
Intervention included radically renewing the heating, air-conditioning, and electrical systems. At the
finishing level there was a complete renovation of all the rooms with the choice of using white as a
brightening and unifying theme.
