Restauro di appartamento in antico palazzo notificato. Si tratta di un appartamento usato per locazione, dove era evidente la poca cura di manutenzione e nelle finiture anni ‘70. Abbiamo per prima cosa demolito il recente controsoffitto, che ha consentito di svelare le magnifiche travature del tetto e anche un abbaino che serviva per dare luce a una scala demolita nel passato. Abbiamo quindi realizzato un piccolo studio/soppalco all’interno della torretta, e rifatto completamente degli impianti, facendo una nuova pavimentazione in terrazzo alla veneziana, restaurando le vecchie finestre in legno.
Restoration of an apartment in an old listed palazzo. This was an apartment used for lease, where it was evident the lack of care and maintenance of the '70s finitions. We at first began demolishing the recent false ceiling, which allowed us to unveil the magnificent roof trusses and also a dormer that was used to give light to a staircase demolished in the past. We then built a small studio / mezzanine inside the tower, and completely redone the systems, making a new terrazzo flooring in the Venetian style, restoring the old wooden windows.
